Job Description

Sharpcontra is currently seeking a Communications Agent to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The Communications Agent will play a key role in managing internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across various channels, and supporting the development of company-wide communication strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and values accuracy, clarity, and engagement in all communications.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit written communications including emails, reports, memos, and announcements

• Assist in developing internal communication plans and strategies

• Coordinate and support company-wide communication initiatives

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company projects, services, and policies

• Monitor and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure message consistency and clarity

• Organize and participate in team meetings, taking notes and following up on action items

• Provide administrative support to the communications department as needed

• Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in a communications or administrative role is an asset
