Swift 7 Consultants is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This position is critical to supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the integrity of our internal databases.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems
Verify the accuracy of information before entering
Maintain and organize digital files and documents
Assist in generating routine reports based on data entries
Identify and correct data entry errors
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Perform general administrative support when needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar administrative role preferred
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
