Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining inventory and organizing the workspace efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials

• Pick and fill orders from stock

• Pack and ship orders accurately and timely

• Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness

• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks

• Follow company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks

• Basic knowledge of warehouse data systems and inventory controls

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
