We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide support to our executive team. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Personal Assistant, you will handle various administrative duties, manage schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Maintain office organization and assist with general administrative tasks.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
