Blue Print Out is seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our team. The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate about delivering seamless event experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure event success

  • Support logistics management, including scheduling, set-up, and breakdown

  • Maintain detailed records of event budgets, timelines, and materials

  • Handle onsite event support and troubleshoot any issues that arise

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes

  • Assist with client communication and follow-up as needed

  • Ensure all events reflect the brand’s image and meet client expectations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is highly desirable

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
