Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and manage appointments for staff members.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
