We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. This role is vital to maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain office files, both physical and electronic.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Prepare reports, memos, and other correspondence as needed.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Assist with office inventory management and ordering supplies.

  • Provide administrative support to management as necessary.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in another administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
