We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting in high-level project coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

  • Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion

  • Assist with project coordination and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases

  • Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams

  • Monitor and respond to emails and other communications in a timely manner

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
