We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets the client’s vision and expectations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all event logistics from start to finish
Communicate with clients to understand event objectives and requirements
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Manage event budgets and timelines
Supervise event staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Handle any on-site issues and troubleshoot during events
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
