Job Description:

Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team in New Orleans. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering timely assistance and solutions to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly responses to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Resolve customer concerns and issues efficiently and effectively

• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the system

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained

• Assist in developing and improving customer service procedures and processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
