Signal Tru Brand is currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and updating data in our systems, ensuring records are maintained efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into internal databases with high attention to detail

  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry

  • Generate reports and assist in data analysis when needed

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in records

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company information

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role

  • Strong typing and computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, database systems)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
