Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Wilmington, NC location. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth administrative processes, ensuring efficient communication across departments, and providing excellent support to our management and staff.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office documents and records
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Assist with data entry and prepare reports as needed
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Provide administrative support to various departments
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
