Job Description

Reboot Staff is currently seeking a dedicated and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This position involves handling daily warehouse operations such as receiving, organizing, and distributing goods. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery

• Maintain inventory records and perform stock checks

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Follow company safety protocols and procedures

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

• Forklift certification is a plus
