As a Data Entry Clerk at Nexmos Design, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining a variety of data into our internal systems. Your work will ensure that our records are up-to-date, organized, and accurate, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Input high volumes of data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy

  • Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies

  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and digital files

  • Retrieve data from internal and external sources as needed

  • Organize and file documents both physically and electronically

  • Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data processing

  • Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data protection policies

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support

  • Strong typing skills with high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
