Nexmos Design is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will support our sales efforts by assisting with client outreach, managing customer relationships, and helping to close sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the desire to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and presentations.

  • Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

  • Help coordinate and schedule meetings between sales team and clients.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including follow-ups and status updates.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
