Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Agent to support our internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content, coordinating communications across departments, and ensuring consistency in messaging and tone. This role plays a vital part in enhancing our brand presence and maintaining clear, effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, memos, and reports

  • Coordinate communication activities and campaigns within the organization

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals

  • Maintain and update company communication materials and templates

  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to align messaging with branding

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies

  • Support event coordination and company-wide announcements

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a communications role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Experience in a design or creative agency environment is a plus
