We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks and will be a key part of ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars

  • Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

  • Support other departments with administrative tasks

  • Ensure all office procedures are followed and updated as necessary

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is strongly preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
