We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
Assist with administrative support tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
Provide general support to other departments as needed
