We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members

  • Assist with administrative support tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized

  • Provide general support to other departments as needed

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
