We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide support to customers, and assist in resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally. You will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients and gather additional information

  • Provide accurate information about services and resolve issues effectively

  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times

  • Meet performance goals and follow company procedures and protocols

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
