Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our Birmingham team. You will work closely with senior team members to support client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships

• Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to clients

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up

• Support the planning and execution of client campaigns and account strategies
