Hype Tier is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Boston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer needs and feedback

  • Assist with processing orders, forms, applications, and requests

  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary

  • Support the improvement of service procedures and standards

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
