We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and personalized support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned client accounts

  • Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Monitor account performance and ensure client expectations are consistently met

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and activity in internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement client feedback and ensure service quality

  • Identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts

  • Prepare reports and updates for client review meetings

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
