Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support internal and external communications initiatives, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with our clients' goals and brand identity. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit internal and external communication materials

• Coordinate cross-functional communication efforts within project timelines

• Maintain and update internal documentation and client records

• Assist with the planning and execution of presentations, meetings, and events

• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to support strategic adjustments

• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure messaging consistency

• Prepare reports and briefings for senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a communications or related role

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication management tools

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability
