Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s issue and determining the best solution

  • Process orders, forms, and requests accurately

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
