Signal Tru Brand is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, supporting internal departments with information tracking, and ensuring all records are up to date and error-free.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into internal databases and systems

  • Verify and update information as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files

  • Prepare regular reports and summaries for management

  • Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy

  • Assist other departments with data-related tasks as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support

  • Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
