Manage front desk operations including mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate with various departments to support daily operations
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
