Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on supporting the marketing and sales departments by coordinating campaigns, managing client communications, and helping implement growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive mindset to support our ongoing expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the execution of marketing and sales campaigns

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials

  • Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics

  • Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign alignment

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities

  • Help organize promotional events, meetings, and trade shows

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and campaign progress

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or administrative roles

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
