Job Description

We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing and sales departments by coordinating activities, assisting with campaign planning, and ensuring smooth execution of strategies. This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, helping to drive results and support client growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing and sales initiatives across departments

• Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and promotions

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

• Collaborate with team members to develop client presentations and proposals

• Track and report on campaign performance, leads, and conversions

• Manage and update client databases and records

• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction

• Assist in developing marketing materials and sales documentation

• Support day-to-day administrative functions related to marketing and sales

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
