Sociaxe is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in written and verbal communication who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating internal and external communication efforts, supporting cross-departmental messaging, and assisting with content development and documentation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage internal communications across teams and departments
Assist in the creation and editing of newsletters, reports, presentations, and press materials
Collaborate with leadership to ensure message alignment and brand consistency
Support planning and execution of company meetings, events, and announcements
Maintain and update internal communication platforms and tools
Track communications metrics and prepare regular updates for management
Research and draft content related to company updates, project summaries, and industry insights
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
1–3 years of professional experience in a communications-related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
