Sociaxe is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in written and verbal communication who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating internal and external communication efforts, supporting cross-departmental messaging, and assisting with content development and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage internal communications across teams and departments

  • Assist in the creation and editing of newsletters, reports, presentations, and press materials

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure message alignment and brand consistency

  • Support planning and execution of company meetings, events, and announcements

  • Maintain and update internal communication platforms and tools

  • Track communications metrics and prepare regular updates for management

  • Research and draft content related to company updates, project summaries, and industry insights

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a communications-related role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
