We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and drive sales efforts. This role plays a key part in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, managing client accounts, and supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate promotional events and assist with logistics

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to support sales goals

  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and sales metrics

  • Create marketing materials and presentations as needed

  • Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activity

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar marketing or sales coordination role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
