We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and drive sales efforts. This role plays a key part in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, managing client accounts, and supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Coordinate promotional events and assist with logistics
Develop and maintain client relationships to support sales goals
Track and report on marketing campaign performance and sales metrics
Create marketing materials and presentations as needed
Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar marketing or sales coordination role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
