Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and manage various stages of project development. The ideal candidate will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Monitor project progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity on project status and expectations

• Identify and resolve project issues in a timely and effective manner

• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Support in the preparation of reports and presentations related to project status and outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)

• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
