Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for helping brands reach their full potential through impactful advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns tailored to client needs

  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure campaign consistency and quality

  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on project progress

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns stay within scope

  • Assist in the development of new advertising strategies and proposals

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in advertising platforms and reporting tools is a plus
