The role involves a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

  • Coordinate internal and external communications
