We are currently seeking a dedicated and client-focused Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, managing accounts and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through consistent communication and problem-solving. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions, requests, and concerns

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Prepare client reports, updates, and documentation as needed

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively

  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and expand services

  • Support the onboarding of new clients and guide them through processes

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities efficiently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM software

  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
