We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team at Reebot Staff. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the office’s daily operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

  • Prepare and file documents accurately

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain office records

  • Provide support to senior staff and team members

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service

  • Perform other administrative duties as required
