We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Agent to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and analytical skills who is passionate about real estate and marketing. The Marketing Agent will be responsible for executing property marketing strategies, assisting in campaign development, and maintaining client engagement across various channels (excluding social media).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of property marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate promotional events, marketing materials, and in-person marketing efforts

  • Analyze market trends and prepare reports to support business strategies

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and local property professionals

  • Support advertising and email marketing efforts tailored to target audiences

  • Work closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency

  • Manage listings and provide accurate updates across digital and print platforms (excluding social media)

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, real estate, or a similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
