We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive leadership with daily administrative tasks and operational coordination. This role requires a resourceful individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the executive

  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and on-site visits

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and office organization

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
