Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies designed to promote our services, engage new leads, and drive client satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate services

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and events targeting local clients and prospects

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign development

• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, email content, and print collateral

• Maintain relationships with clients and partners to support business growth

• Monitor campaign performance and report results to the marketing team

• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing with overall business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1+ year of experience in a marketing or sales-related role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus
