Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team in Saint Louis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to potential customers
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Collaborate with the internal team to develop effective sales strategies
Prepare and present reports on sales performance
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
