Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications across departments. This role is responsible for developing clear and consistent messaging, supporting cross-functional projects, and assisting in the planning and execution of communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain internal communication materials such as newsletters, reports, and announcements.

  • Coordinate press releases, written content, and corporate messaging.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all written and verbal communications.

  • Assist in organizing and supporting company events and public relations activities.

  • Collaborate with department heads to gather and distribute relevant content.

  • Maintain media contact lists and support outreach initiatives.

  • Track and analyze communication outcomes and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
