Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure every event runs smoothly and meets expectations.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate a variety of events including corporate functions, private celebrations, and community gatherings
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Source and negotiate with vendors (caterers, venues, decorators, etc.)
Supervise event set-up, execution, and breakdown
Resolve any issues that arise during the planning or execution process
Maintain accurate records and provide post-event evaluations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Previous experience in event coordination or project management
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
