We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service to our clients. You will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, manage appointments, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office organization
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Assist with office supplies and inventory management
Provide general support to the team as needed
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
