We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing a wide variety of events, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to event logistics.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, from initial consultation to on-site execution
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all requirements are met
Manage timelines, budgets, and event schedules
Oversee setup, breakdown, and overall event logistics
Conduct site visits and coordinate venue selection
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards
Monitor event performance and gather client feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
