We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This position will support our marketing operations and assist in executing campaigns, coordinating events, maintaining client communication materials, and performing research and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow within a business-focused marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities

  • Support in the preparation of promotional materials, presentations, and reports

  • Maintain and update marketing databases and client mailing lists

  • Assist in the organization of internal and external events, including logistics

  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure project alignment

  • Perform administrative duties related to the marketing department

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
