We are looking for a professional and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in New Orleans. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and problem resolution

  • Maintain clear and organized customer records

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

  • Ensure all support interactions meet company standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
