Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to both staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain the office calendar.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure they are stocked appropriately.

  • Support various departments with administrative duties as needed.

 

Qualifications

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.

  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).

  • Professional and friendly attitude.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
