We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving product and service issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and offering appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer feedback
Provide product and service information to customers as needed
Assist in improving customer service procedures and guidelines
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or support roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
