Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient problem resolution

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships

  • Provide general administrative support to the customer service team

  • Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements

Qualifications
