We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Agent to join our team in Atlanta. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and distributing communications that align with our company’s messaging goals. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to handle multiple projects at once, and a passion for impactful storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications

  • Support the development of press releases, newsletters, and official statements

  • Maintain consistent messaging across all departments

  • Coordinate communications strategies with department heads and executive leadership

  • Track and report on communication performance and feedback

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company announcements and events

  • Monitor industry trends and recommend communication strategies accordingly

  • Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications, writing, or administrative support role

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience working independently and in a team setting
